Do you want to develop composite and lightweight structures and see your plans come to life in practice? We are looking for an engineer for structural design and industrial development projects.

Kannisto Engineering Oy offers design and expert services to the aerospace, defense, and machine tool industries, among others. Our special areas of expertise include composites, lightweight structures, and the development of manufacturing methods.

Task

You work on parts and assemblies in SolidWorks design, manufacturing drawings, and materials and structural solutions. In your design, you consider strength, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

What are we waiting for?

• Relevant technical education (engineer or master's degree in engineering)
• SolidWorks expertise
• Fundamentals of strength test analysis
• Fluent proficiency in Finnish and English

Knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing methods is a special advantage, but you can also develop your skills in the workplace. We value goal-orientedness. You take on tasks, solve problems, and complete your work carefully.

You can be an experienced designer, someone who has just finished their studies, or someone who is in the final stages of their studies. You don’t need to know everything already: a good technical foundation and a desire to learn are important starting points.
We offer diverse projects, onboarding, and support from experienced experts. The tasks and responsibilities are based on your expertise.
